PADT Makes Evaluation Version of AnsPak Available

While PADT is putting the final touches on the released version, PADT has made a special demonstration version of AnsPak available to potential users. AnsPak is an add on tool for ANSYS that parametrically models and analyzes various chip packaging schemes for mechanical reliability. Visit our AnsPak page for more information.
