AnsPak Version 1.0 Released

PADT is proud to announce the release of Version 1.0 of the AnsPak Ball Grid Array and Flip Chip Mechanical Analysis Automation Tool for ANSYS. This vertical application works as an add-on to ANSYS and allows engineers to use parametric definitions to model and analyze complex chip packages.
