Update for July through December

As often happens, we have let the News portion of our web site lag a bit. The last four months at PADT have seen a significant increase in business across the company, and we have been focused on meeting our customer’s requests rather than marketing issues. To summarize some of the key developments:
- New ANSYS account manager. Mario Vargas has joined PADT as our newest ANSYS account manager, since Tricia Marlowe has decided to pursue a career in medicine. See article in the SWAU Report for more about Mario.
- PADT expands our Vacuum Systems offerings. With the addition of two highly experienced engineers from this industry, PADT is again offering a comprehensive service to the semiconductor equipment and vacuum systems industries for device or component development.
- Growth in Medical Device design and development. The past six months have seen a significant increase in contracts awarded to PADT in the area of medical device development. This is a highly proprietary industry, so that’s about all we can say.
- Rapid Manufacturing growth. PADT’s diverse offering of Rapid Manufacturing services has also seen growth over the past months with an ever-growing collection of customers from almost every industry imaginable.
