PADT Ships Prototype Semiconductor Vacuum System

After completion of one of the most exciting and challenging projects that PADT has undertaken, the Vacuum Systems team has delivered a complete research semiconductor process system to a major equipment manufacturer. This project was a prime example of how PADT can work closely with a customer, vendors, and key consultants to develop complex systems that are reliable and robust, and within aggressive budget and schedule constraints. The project not only leveraged PADT’s world class semiconductor equipment experience, but also utilized all of the skills available at PADT. These include design, analysis, rapid manufacturing, project management, electrical system design, integrated software development, and a significant amount of systems integration.
