Analysts spend so much of their time building and running analyses that often there is little time at the end of a project to step back and verify the solution. One approach to this problem is to establish some standard best practices and to utilize available tools for automating the checking process. This seminar will be a little different than past seminars in that the first part will be an interactive discussion on best practices. PADT will present its ideas in this area as a starting point, and then moderate a discussion amongst the attendees to get even more ideas. The idea will be to share with one another our experiences and methodologies so that we can all benefit. The second part of the seminar will contain a presentation on the ModelChecker software. This powerful tool inspects your ANSYS model and identifies common mistakes, as well as summarizes your model in an HTML report. We feel that this could be one of our most useful seminars to date. We encourage a large attendance so that we can all benefit!
