The developers at ANSYS, Inc. have been hard at work on the next generation of Finite Element Simulation Tools. With Release 7.0 and the ANSYS Workbench Environment as a pre- and post-processor for standard ANSYS, the bulk of the ANSYS user community now has access to some of this powerful and productive technology. Over time, more and more functionality will be available within tools developed under the Workbench, and users can even see some significant productivity advantages now.
