When ANSYS, Inc. aquired FLUENT they were left with two groups of CFD users: those who used FLUENT and those who used CFX.
Many of those users in both groups had the same question "Can I get access to the other solver for those problems where it might be better, without buying a second full license?"  The answer is an emphatic "Yes, you can get a license of ANSYS CFD and access either CFX or FLUENT to solve"

In this webinar PADT will be explaining the ANSYS CFD license, what it gives users access to, what is common regardless of solver, and what addons are available.  We will also be taking questions from those attending.

The Proposed Agenda is:

  • Introduction
  • Quick overview of ANSYS, Inc's Fluid Solver offerings
  • Explination of the ANSYS CFD License
  • Review of software common to FLUENT and CFX
  • Questions and Answers

If you use CFX or FLUENT, or if you support or manage someone who does, this is your chance to see the value of getting access to both tools by paying just a little extra.

We expect the presentation to take about 30 minutes, and are leaving 15 minutes open at the end for questions and discussions.

This is a web only event, so you just need to register and we will send you the connection information.
