The design and integration of fuel cells is a complex and critical task. PADT uses its engineering expertise, manufacturing know-how, and fuel cell experience to deliver superior designs.

Turbomix Blower This mixed flow blower is designed to provide low-pressure air (up to 2 psi) at flow rates up to 200 SCFM, and only weighs 5 pounds! The design employs mostly plastic parts, an integrated brushless DC motor, and a low-cost architecture.

V-Gen Blower This regenerative turboblower pumps moderate pressure (up to 3 psi) air or fuel at very low flow rates (up to 40 SCFM). The regenerative approach avoids the need for a much heavier and costly positive displacement machine.

Trilobe Blower This Roots type blower employs a three-lobed rotor design that offers excellent efficiency at moderate pressures (up to 9 psi) and low flow rates (up to 20 SCFM). The design is made from anodized aluminum and only weighs 10 pounds.

Unirotor Compressor/Expander This sliding-vane machine was developed under an Army grant over the last 3 years and provides cathode air at up to 14 psig and 10 SCFM.

Modular Motor Controller (MMC) This is a 3-phase brushless DC motor control system that is configurable to voltages from 8 VDC to 400 VDC and can drive any of our fluid handlers.
