Introducing time into a Finite Element simulation makes everything more complicated, more time consuming, and much more informative.  At PADT we specialize in doing transient dynamic analyses of all types, taking that extra step in complexity and compute time to provide accurate and useful information to our customers about their product.

Transient Takes Time

Transient events are tricky to model for a number of reasons.  The most significant is that longer run time is required.  PADT addresses this with a large and robust compute infrastructure and with smart modeling of our customer’s systems.  Instead of brute force meshing, we take the time to craft the right mesh with the proper level of refinement, resulting in shorter run times, less energy error, and more accurate results where it counts.  Another difficult aspect of this type of simulation is picking the right behavior models for loads and materials.  PADT's experience across industries allows us to make informed decisions in this area and deliver the right model for the problem.
