Course 207

ANSYS Workbench Mechanical – Structural Nonlinearities
You should take this class if you need to learn advanced structural features of ANSYS’s Workbench Simulation module. ANSYS Workbench Simulation is a newer, object-tree based interface for performing structural and thermal analyses. You should have a B.S. in engineering or equivalent experience. You should have already taken Class 104 – Workbench Simulation – Intro or be familiar with performing basic analyses in Workbench. This two-day class will help you to utilize the more advanced structural features in Workbench Simulation. After completing this class, you will be able to: Perform nonlinear structural analyses in Workbench Simulation, including:
  • Basic and Advanced Contact.
  • Metal Plasticity.
  • Hyperelasticity.
  • Nonlinear Diagnostics.
