Never passing up an excuse to bake, we here at PADT celebrated Halloween with a baking contest. Employees were asked to bring in a dessert of any kind, and we would sacrifice ourselves by tasting them and voting for the one that looked the best and tasted the best.
The winner for best tasting was the pumpkin pie cookies with cream cheese frosting. And yes, you are correct, it was the cream cheese frosting that gave them a few more votes over the wonderful chocolate chip cookies with eyes.
In the best-looking category, spooky one over well crafted decorations with the “finger cookies” beating out the Oreos dipped in chocolate and the perfectly decorated.
Maybe PADT needs to create a Pinterest page to post some of these recipes.
