Archiving Networks to Share with Support

Categories:

Today’s blog will cover how to save an archived project to send to the support team. This is a relatively simple and straightforward process. For this post, I will be using Flownex version 8.14.1.4845.

First, you will need to navigate to the File Menu.

Next, hover your mouse over the “Save” icon.

Select “Save As” to open the Save As menu.

You may also bypass the previous steps by pressing “Ctrl+Shift+S” to open the Save As menu.

Next, you will need to choose a name for your archive and set your file type to “Backup zip file”.

Now you can save your project to a zip file.

Once you have archived your project, reach out to your certified channel partner and request a secure link to upload your archived project.
