The PADT Innovation Center in Tempe has space in one of our Suites. It is a mixed-use facility with offices, a meeting room, reception, a warehouse space, and one lab available. The Suite is shared with PADT’s spinout, Oryx Additive. If you need around 2,450 sqft short-term (month-to-month) or long-term, please reach out to info@padtinc.com or call 480.813.4884.
Our multi-tenant building is located in the ASU Research Park in the South-West Corner of Elliot and Loop 101 Intersection at 7755 S Research Dr, Tempe, AZ 85284.
There is plenty of parking, full-size roll-up doors in the back, ample power, fast Internet, and compressed air.
