Support makes all the difference. We know this because we work with many companies every day and receive a wide variety of support levels from each of them. PADT knows that bad support is frustrating, and we also know that good support is why many customers come to PADT in the first place.

We take the customer support that we offer very seriously and we constantly work on making it better.

We start by making sure that all of our staff, even those who are not designated as support engineers, understands the importance of receiving great support. We then make sure that everyone understands that providing great support requires the following characteristics:

Live by the support golden rule: Do support unto others as you would have others do support unto you.

Do not assume what the customer wants, ask questions and learn together what they need.

Be positive, be friendly, and be technical.
