Account Manager: Ansys Simulation Software


Location: California, Utah or Colorado


Are you ready for a challenge? PADT is currently seeking an Account Manager for the sale of ANSYS software. The Account Manager is responsible for all ANSYS software sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory or set of accounts, and is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration. Products and services are sold directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

  • Perform all sales activities for new and renewed business in an assigned geographic area
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the organization
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers, meet with them at PADT or, speak with them by phone to solicit sales
  • Maintain a regular schedule of contact with customers to ensure satisfaction via phone or on-site visits
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
  • Research and compile lists of prospective customers through sales leads, internet searches, periodicals, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources
  • Remain knowledgeable and abreast of company’s new, and existing products & services to facilitate sales

Application and Support Engineer

The Application and Support Engineer provides technical expertise to support the ANSYS sales team through strategic pre-sales and technical scoping activities utilizing; proven domain expertise, problem solving and communication skills, eagerness to learn , and the ability to demonstrate and present to customers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

  • Support ANSYS sales team by acting as the technical resource throughout the sales process
  • Provide support and mentoring on ANSYS products to customers.
  • Travel with PADT’s sales team to prospects and customers, using sales knowledge and technical skills to move sales opportunities to the next level.
  • Identify potential customers and help match PADT’s and ANSYS’ solution to customer’s needs
  • Define customer requirement specifications.
  • Create and present technical product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Perform benchmarking with ANSYS tools and collect various performance and accuracy metrics
  • Educate colleagues on areas of expertise and participate in training to grow into other expertise areas
  • Assist in the development and generation of formal sales proposals to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate and deliver sales collateral, presentation project plans, process flow, provision specifications, and service level definitions.

Inside Sales Representative


Location: Tempe, AZ


PADT is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Simulation Sales Group.  The Inside Sales Representative will identify new, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities (through tele-based activities), including identifying leads, progressing leads through the pipeline, and providing sales qualified leads to outside sales account managers by performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

  • Collaborate with marketing and account managers to build a qualified pipeline of customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources
  • Identify target markets, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
  • Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
  • Build and maintain customers relationships
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager as appropriate
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline to include, entering new customer data such as stakeholders, technical requirements, business processes and other sales data for all customers

Marketing Specialist


Location: Tempe, AZ


PADT is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, manage and evolve marketing programs for PADT’s Simulation Sales group.  The primary objective of the role is to build top-of-funnel sales pipeline through demand generation activities, successful campaign execution and understanding of strategic market opportunities and sales priorities.  The Marketing Specialist focuses heavily on optimizing digital campaigns/programs, lead nurturing, lead routing and re-engagement programs to create high-quality opportunities for the sales organization. This role is responsible for the setup, deployment, and management of automated campaigns, including integration of all campaign assets. The Maketing Specialist plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of PADT’s products and/or services by performing the following duties.

  • Plan demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline for the sales organization
  • Build, execute and improve innovative digital programs with multiple touch points, including emails, landing pages, and digital assets

  • Identify new digital tactics to connect with market across all personas including users, managers and executives
  • Monitor lead flow within the territory to ensure the appropriate sales channels are receiving and following up on leads
  • Measure ROI of field marketing tactics through metrics analysis and reporting
  • Implement list segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns
  • Manage the lead qualification and handover process to Inside Sales and develop ways to continually improve key metrics

Accounts Payable Specialist


Location: Tempe, Az


PADT is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting team in Tempe, AZ. The Accounts Payable Specialist compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
  • Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
  • Prepares accounts payable checks.
  • Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assists in monthly closings.
  • Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Qualifications:
