The PADT Innovation Center is located in the heart of the Arizona State University Research Park in Tempe, Arizona. It is a 44,000 sq-ft light manufacturing facility with multiple suites, bay doors, high ceilings, and is fully air-conditioned.

The building is owned and maintained by WERM Holdings, the property company of PADT, Inc. We purchased the building from ASU in 2010 and utilize the northern half of the facility as PADT’s corporate headquarters. The remainder is rented out to other high-technology companies who need lab, shop, and office space in an ideal location at Elliot Rd and the Loop-101.
