“It’s not about the Nail”
A few weeks back, my post in this guest blog was a bit of a rant about how frustrated I get when people just say, “it sucks” and they do not give details on what is wrong or offer a solution. Vagueness
Customers can be vague. Due to no fault of their own, they are vague about what they want and how they want it.
