Press Release: PADT Teams Up with ASU’s Manufacturing, Automation, and Data Engineering Science and Technology Center on Two Manufacturing Research Projects

PADT and Arizona State University have a long history. Two of our founders and many of our employees have one or more degrees from the engineering school. On top of that, PADT is located in the ASU Research Park in Tempe. We have done a Phase I, II, and III NASA STTR program together. The list goes on.

And, the list recently got longer. PADT applied for and was granted grants under the New Economy Initiative to work with ASU professors and students on two research projects. The first is for 3D Printing material recycling and the second is leveraging Artificial Intelligence to increase the manufacturability of parts.

ASU also made a cool video highlighting the project:

If you are looking for an R&D partner or are interested in any of the products and services PADT is applying to these two projects, reach out today and we will be happy to talk.
