A type of material extrusion (MEX) for metal additive manufacturing where a metal paste is deposited at room temperature on the current build layer. This produces a rough green part. The green part is then machined and then sintered to create a finished part with improved surface finish and feature accuracy when compared to most other material extrusion processes.

Abbreviated as FMP.
