How does it work?

Stereolithography (SLA) builds parts using a tank of liquid photopolymer where a precise UV laser selectively cures and solidifies the photopolymer resin in thin layers.

Benefits

High dimensional accuracy
Very high resolution
Complex geometries and intricate details
Good mechanical and thermal properties
Smooth surface finish
Excellent aesthetics
Water clear material

Applications

Rapid Prototyping
Build high resolution parts quickly with SLA’s full-layer print and UV curing technology.
Concept Models
Manufacture functional parts with smooth surface finishing. Add clear coat or satin finish for additional aesthetics.
Form & Fit Models
Excellent for fonts, and fine-feature detailed parts requiring high clarity.
